How do you deal with an alcoholic spouse?

Married for 15 years...together for 21...relationship gone sour and not sure what to doHow do you deal with an alcoholic spouse?

been there done that.....my hub was a drunk and a mean on at that .. had 2 children with him thinking he would change... he didnt.. so i packed up and left him and 3 yrs later divorced him ..
