a sit down family chat is the only way... You have to embarass him while he is sober so he can wake up to the realization that what he is doing during the holiday season is disrupting and embarassing, good luck and Happy Holidays... Make him leave. If he can't control himself after a couple of drinks, ask him to leave. No reason you should have to put up with that during the holidays or anytime for that matter.
just give him the booze.. hooah!
